Our Story

Hopoye was founded with one straightforward ambition: to make well-made, stylish headwear and quality everyday socks genuinely accessible to people across the United Kingdom. We are a Salford-based independent retailer, owned and operated by Syed Zohaib, and every decision we make is guided by the belief that good products should not cost the earth and that every customer deserves to be treated honestly and fairly.

We started small, with a carefully selected range of bucket hats, fedoras, and multipack socks, and we have grown steadily by listening to our customers, improving our range based on what people actually need, and refusing to compromise on the quality standards that matter most. Today we stock over 150 products across headwear and hosiery, serving thousands of customers across the UK and beyond.

Our range spans two core categories that we know inside out.

Headwear — We stock over 115 hat and cap styles including handmade 100% wool fedoras in 15 colours and sizes XS to XL, soft wool berets in 19 colours, plain and reversible cotton bucket hats, UPF 50+ sun and boonie hats, adjustable baseball caps, trucker caps, cosack faux fur winter hats, cowboy and party hats, pork pie hats, and handmade wool trilby hats. Whether you are shopping for a festival, a wedding, a coastal holiday, an outdoor adventure, or simply an everyday hat that you reach for without thinking, we have something that will genuinely work for you.

Socks and Hosiery — We stock over 34 sock styles covering every need from cushioned sports and gym socks to breathable trainer socks, novelty cotton-rich ladies socks, specialist diabetic non-binding wide-top socks, kids school socks, and heavy-duty work socks. All our socks are available in multipack bundles of 3, 6, 9, and 12 pairs, making it straightforward and affordable to keep the whole household properly stocked.
