This page explains everything you need to know about how Hopoye processes, dispatches, and delivers your order. We are committed to honest, clear communication so you always know what to expect.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed on hopoye.com are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent. During busy periods such as sales events, bank holidays, or the Christmas period, processing may extend to 3 business days. We will communicate any significant delays by email.

Free UK standard delivery applies automatically to all orders of £30 or more. The exact shipping cost for orders below £30 is shown clearly at checkout before payment is taken. We do not add hidden shipping charges after purchase.
International Delivery

International delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, local customs processing, and carrier conditions. International customers are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and Hopoye has no control over them.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, your dispatch confirmation email will include a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. Not all orders include tracking — some lower-value standard UK deliveries may be sent via untracked services. If tracking is not provided, standard delivery timeframes apply.
If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@hopoye.com or call +44 7777 235718 with your order number and we will investigate.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure the delivery address you provide at checkout is complete, accurate, and includes the correct postcode. Hopoye cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@hopoye.com — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please wait an additional 2 business days as parcels are occasionally delayed in transit. After this period, contact us at support@hopoye.com with your order number and we will raise an investigation with the carrier. UK parcels confirmed as lost by the carrier will be resent or fully refunded at your preference.
