Where is my order?
Once dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details where available. UK standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. If it has been longer than 7 business days and your order has not arrived, email us at support@hopoye.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
How do I return an item?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Email support@hopoye.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 48 hours with full instructions.
I received a damaged or incorrect item — what do I do?
Email support@hopoye.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a clear photograph of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. You will not need to pay return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to amend or cancel it before dispatch. Email support@hopoye.com with your order number immediately. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned under our 30-day returns policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. International customers may be responsible for import duties or taxes applicable in their country. We ship from the United Kingdom.
What payment methods do you accept?
