Simply browse our collection, choose your style, colour, and size where applicable, then click Add to Cart. When you're ready, head to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase securely.

Orders are processed quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us at support@hopoye.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.

Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also log in to your Orders page to check the latest status.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If you're still concerned, get in touch at support@hopoye.com and we'll investigate right away.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Please visit our Refund Policy for full details.
Simply email us at support@hopoye.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return address.
We're really sorry about that! Please contact us at support@hopoye.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including a photo of the item. We'll resolve it for you as quickly as possible — replacement or full refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.

At Hopoye we stock a wide range of headwear including Docker Hats, Bucket Hats, Fedora Hats, Baseball Caps, Trucker Caps, Boonie Sun Hats, and Berets — all available in multiple colours and styles. Browse our full range in the Headwear collection.
Most of our hats are adjustable and one size fits most (typically 58–61 cm). Our Fedora Hats come in sized options from XS to XL for a precise fit. Size details are listed on every product page.
Yes! All of our hats are designed to be unisex and suit all genders and styles — from streetwear and casual looks to festivals, outdoor adventures, and smart occasions.
It depends on the style. Our Docker Hats, Bucket Hats, Baseball Caps, and Trucker Caps are made from cotton or acrylic. Fedora Hats are crafted from 100% premium wool felt. Berets are made from soft warm wool. Boonie Sun Hats are UPF 50+ cotton for outdoor protection. Full material details are on each product page.
Some of our plain caps and bucket hats are listed as suitable for custom printing or embroidery. If you're interested in bulk or personalised orders, please contact us and we'll discuss options.
Yes! Our Boonie Sun Hats carry a UPF 50+ rating, blocking over 98% of harmful UV rays. They're ideal for hiking, fishing, beach trips, and any outdoor activity in sunny conditions.
Care & Maintenance
For most cotton and acrylic hats, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, and direct heat. For wool Fedoras and Berets, spot clean only and allow to air dry naturally in shape.
Store your Fedora upside down on its crown, or use a hat stand to maintain its shape. Avoid crushing or stacking other items on top. If it loses shape, gently steam it and reshape by hand while still warm.
