Where we identify a significant error in a product listing, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund, notifying you promptly by email.

All prices on hopoye.com are displayed in British pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of display but may change without prior notice. The price you pay is the price confirmed at the time your order is placed.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to photography conditions and individual screen settings. We aim to represent all products as accurately as possible.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order on hopoye.com, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your basket at the prices and on the terms stated. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

We will send you an order confirmation email once payment has been received. This confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute our acceptance of it. Our acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or our authorised payment partners. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.

Payment is taken at the time of placing your order. By providing your payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Hopoye does not store full payment card details on its systems.

For Klarna buy now pay later transactions, separate terms and conditions apply as set out by Klarna. Please review Klarna's terms before selecting this payment method.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon delivery to the address you specified at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refund procedures are set out in full in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions. We accept returns on eligible unused items within 30 days of delivery. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are fully upheld.

All content on hopoye.com, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the intellectual property of Hopoye or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent. You may view and print pages from our website for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Hopoye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order in question.
